Welcome to St. James. We are an Anglican Church in Willow Glen (a neighborhood in San Jose, CA). Inspired by Romans 12, we are called to be the Body of Christ in this time and place, proclaiming the Gospel by word and deed, and relying on the Holy Spirit as our only source of unity and power. Our goal is to provide a place of hospitality where people can gather in the presence of God and in a community of Christian fellowship.
Our motto is “Traditional faith in a contemporary world.” When we launched in 2009, it was with the hope of providing a spiritual home for many people. If you are looking for a spiritual home, we hope you will visit us.
We hope you will visit us on a Sunday, and look forward to meeting you. Both Sunday services are in-person indoors at 1565 Lincoln Avenue, San Jose, CA 95125 and online at this time. Masks are no longer required at this time.

We understand that visiting a church for the first time can be an anxious moment, and we want you to feel welcome and relaxed while you explore St. James. You’ll be greeted at the entrance and given a service bulletin which allows you to follow along easily.
